Certificate III in Financial Services (FNS30115)
This certificate course grants students a formal and nationally recognised F&I qualification. It is perfect for anybody looking to enter the F&I industry, transition across or gain formal recognition of their skills. This certificate also covers RG-146 Tier 2 ASIC compliance.
How is the course delivered?
The certificate III in Financial Services (FNS30115) is delivered online and is a combination of interactive multiple-choice quizzes, short and long answer questions, business analysis exercises, short verbal competency assessments and an employer workplace report (where relevant).
All students have access to a personal training assessor who oversees and marks all their work. It is adult-based learning so your assessor is just looking for competency and a sufficient grasp or understanding of the course content. Because of this, all students are free to re-submit and alter answers as many times as required – the training assessor will make contact if an answer is insufficient or requires further information.

Cluster 2 – Client Relations, Solutions & Applications – obtain ASIC approved RG-146 compliance in personal and/or general advice

- FNSASIC 301 – Establish client relationships (RG-146)
- FNSASIC302 – Negotiate client solutions (RG-146)
- FNSASIC304 + FNSASIC305 – Provide Tier 2 personal and general advice (RG-146)
Cluster 3 – Customer Service, Transactions & Documents – learn how to conduct online transactions
- BSBCUS301 – Deliver and monitor a service to customers
- BSBWOR301 – Organise personal work priorities and development
- BSBITU305 – Conduct online transactions
- BSBITU306 – Design and produce business documents
How long does it take to complete?
The course is open to you for 24 months but there is no minimum time requirement. If you finish early, you still have on-going access to the course notes for the duration of the 2 years.
What if I need extra support?
Prior to commencement of your course, you will be required to complete both a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test and an Additional Support Survey.
