What You Can Submit a Complaint About

You’re welcome to raise a formal complaint regarding:

  • Course content, delivery, or assessments

  • Staff conduct or communication

  • Access to learning tools or support services

  • Administrative issues or policy concerns

  • Any aspect of your experience at Fusion Business College

Our Formal Complaints Process

1. Submit Your Complaint

2. Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days of receiving it.

3. Review & Investigation
A senior staff member will review the matter and may reach out for additional details. All complaints are handled confidentially and professionally.

4. Resolution
Our goal is to resolve complaints within 10 business days. You will be notified of the outcome and any actions taken.

5. Appeals

Privacy and Confidentiality
